APK permissions

Group-based APK Admin access uses ordinary company groups only.

The global super-admin option is separate from company group membership.

Notification settings

Company-level notification behavior for the selected company.

Controls push notifications sent for company news, including "send push notification after saving" on news.

Controls push notifications sent when links are created or updated with "send push notification after saving".

Controls push notifications for major incidents. Critical incidents can still bypass quiet hours if allowed.

Controls planned maintenance reminders and maintenance window notifications.

Controls automation summaries and scheduled company report notifications.

Controls push notifications created by the Scheduled push automation type only. It does not control normal News or Link pushes.

Sends notifications when APK builds succeed or fail. Only relevant for the main company.

Controls whether PushHub sends notification sound metadata. Turning this off should make supported notifications silent, but does not block the notification.

When enabled, non-critical notifications are skipped during the selected time window.

When enabled, critical or urgent notifications can still be sent during quiet hours.

Settings

Purge deleted data

Global purge tool. Permanent purge deletes records that are already soft-deleted, archived, expired, or marked as deleted. This cannot be undone.

Only records already marked deleted/archived/expired are purgeable. Active records will not be removed.
